Taste of West County Restaurant Participation Agreement

On behalf of Lafayette High School, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of our school and community events.

We are excited to announce that this year's highly anticipated Taste of West County event is scheduled for Monday, April 14th 2025 (NEW DATE), from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Mark your calendar!

The Taste of West County is a prominent fundraising event organized by Lafayette High School's Junior Class, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting the senior activities for the Class of 2026. Your involvement is crucial to the success of this event, and we are eager to partner with you.

This event not only allows you to promote your business but also enhances your community presence while supporting the Rockwood School District and Lafayette High School.

With hundreds of students and families in the Wildwood, Clarkson Valley, Chesterfield, Ballwin, Ellisville, and surrounding areas in attendance, this event offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your best dishes and connect with our wonderful community.

We are extending an exclusive invitation to a select number of restaurants to participate before we open registration to additional eateries in the area. We expect another outstanding turnout and kindly ask that each restaurant prepare to provide approximately 800 samples of their signature dishes. We are ready to supply serving items, tables, and electricity based on your needs. Additionally, our dedicated team of student volunteers will be on hand to assist with setup, teardown, and any other support you may need to ensure a seamless and successful experience.

Please complete the participation agreement by Friday, February 28th 2025.

Should you have any questions about the event, do not hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your consideration of this opportunity.

We look forward to collaborating with you for another successful Lafayette event!
